Barwon Valley School

Barwon Valley is a Special Developmental School situated in Belmont for students from Foundation to Year 12. It is a purpose-built facility which provides a friendly, stimulating, caring and secure environment for students with moderate to profound disabilities. Our vision is to be an inclusive community, centred on student achievement, wellbeing and engagement.

We maximise learning opportunities for all students to access and be involved in a comprehensive education based on the Victorian Curriculum. We implement School Wide Positive Behaviour Support to promote positive behaviour, as well as several wellbeing programs including you can do it, respectful relations and so safe.
